Thats an important point, buddy.

Too many of us bottle stuff up and it can be quite unhealthy. Way too much of my life has been a pressure cooker of thoughts...I'm only a tiny bit better in that regard now.

Another thing that p's me off is when you order gammon in a pub/restaurant, why do they ask you if you want egg or pineapple? What's the problem with having both...
