Couple of glasses of red on a friday and no more than 4 beers or bottles on a saturday, I've been practising that for the last months along with stopping snacking and picking up stuff I shouldn't eat.
Overstepped my limit tonight though went to a birthday party of the wifes friends husband and met a few people I hadn't seen for years, it is what it is though. Tomorrow is another day.
