On Friday somebody called Catrin Maby tweeted David Davies MP the following.

So @DavidTCDavies, you voted yesterday to allow water companies to continue dumping RAW SEWAGE in our rivers. But you told Monmouth THIS was what was killing the Wye and the Usk, and not the effect of intensive farming or poultry units near water courses.

Davies then replied to her with.

In a week when we should be thinking about the language we use online & the effect it has does the @UKLabour condone this kind of language from its activists?

The blokes a complete and utter tool.

The bloke was being called out for his hypocritical vote in parliament. I don't see any bad language in the post aimed at him, mind you he is thick as mince, so he probably misconstrued the meaning.
