Anyone familiar with this venue?
They have taken a large payment for hiring the venue for our daughter's 18th birthday but we are hearing it is closing down and re-opening as Cattle&Co in May.
The website has been forwarded to that site.
We cannot get hold of them by phone or email.
Firstly we want to know if the venue is still open so our daughter can still have a party.
She has missed out on 16th and 17th birthdays due to lockdown as well as her prom.
Totally gutted for her at the moment as we don't know what the hell is happening.

It was in the paper Monday Jase said it’s opening mid-May.

Thanks Darran,
So now we need to know if the three lamps has already closed.

Think they misjudged the market.

The Office (as was) attracted a certain crowd and could probably have gone on indefinitely based on the market. The Three Lamps was much the same as many other places on Wind St and didn't offer anything different.

It was classier than anything in Wind St, could sit in there in comfort and could get served relatively easily, nice and relaxed atmosphere, now its changing to yet another eaterie. doh!

All good but is it shut now and if it is what about the money they took off us three weeks ago?

I have had a few messages from cattle and co and spoken to their public relations. They (cattle and co) are honouring bookings made by 3 lamps but are only open Friday and Saturday (apart from bookings while they start the refit.
We are trying to get an agreement on the friends that will be attending that have not had their 18th birthdays. What a load of bad faf from the 3 lamps people. Not explaining any of the dealings.

Glad its sorted J, I messaged them on Messenger and a person called Rachel replied saying that they were open over the weekends.
I thought I had your number and was gonna forward message on to you, but your number is not in my contacts, don't whats happened there.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Sandra who was helpful. We had a previous call where it was noted that if we wanted a refund we would have to chase up Tim from Bishopston
