• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I just now looked this up, I honestly thought you were on a wind up mate, honestly I have never heard of that condition before. Glad it all worked out in the end for you though.
Its an odd thing, back in victorian days your ball bag would keep on stretching until it hit the ground apparently, basically they carried thier balls around in a wheelbarrow! Not even joking 🙃

I shouldn’t laugh, but fuck me that made me giggle. 🤣

I got my operation cancelled 3 times Max, by the time I had my operation (about 18 months later) my nut sack resembled a space hopper, the operation is pretty straight forward, overnight stay and your ball bag will resemble a walnut bag for a week 👍😂
Painful? Urologist told me I'd be in and out in a day,

How long was you walking like big Jake for?

I had a Varicocele when I was 29/30 and I've had tenderness on my left side since I'm sure that's what has caused my hydrocele,

They probably do it micro surgery now Max so I wouldn't be surprised if it was in and out same day, not painful at all and walking around next day 😉
He told me that they slice the fucker open like a tomato

I will take a read on these conditions tomorrow mate, had a few drinks now. But I’m quite shocked that I have not stumbled upon them in the past, from what you and jax have said.

I went stone deaf in 1994 overnight. What I could hear was shushing noises very loud but no-one else could.
A cocktail of dugs including steroids and immunosuppressants was prescribed and four months later I got some hearing back. 80% loss on one side and 50% on the other was the eventual outcome. I function reasonably well with two hearing aids but the tinnitus is constant.
Life can be a kick in the nads.

Nor me, I was wondering what on earth it was,
