I think you're missing the point, Skippy. It's not that he "kissed a girl". It's that he kissed a girl whilst telling everyone else not to kiss a girl, in fact he was the government minister responsible for stopping everyone else kissing girls!
More than that, it's the question of how this particular girl got her job, funded by hundreds of thousands of pounds of taxpayer's money. Was it because Handoncock was kissing THIS particular girl?

But then again, maybe you're like most Tory voters who think that the personal conduct, honesty and trustworthiness of government ministers is not important. You have no moral compass whatsoever, in other words.

This may sound a bit far fetched and in reality it is - if WG thought this through there is a huge opportunity from the fall out of Chinese autocracy in formerly independent Hong Kong. The financial institutions and system that has made HK prosperous for several generations is under massive threat and some of the smartest brains in the world are trying to work out if another country can do life and shift or cut and paste to create a mini HK independent state within a different country,

Wales needs a financial powerhouse to make it prosper in an independent way and, while this is far fetched, the transfer of the HK financial system from China to another country will happen. Why can’t this be Wales? We may even get decent new owners too.

I can see it now “Bont Kong”!

Well you nailed that, fair play.

Why is it that whenever there’s a scandal in the Tory scum party some prick will say “dur warra bout Labour?”
And vice versa.
