For me, Spurs slot neatly in along with West Ham, Leeds, Newcastle and Cardiff as the most laughably delusional in football.

All 5 clubs possess the biggest chasm between levels of self esteem, and levels of actual on-pitch achievement. Cardiff probably being the worst offenders of the lot, followed by Newcastle. But the other three are all batshit insane as well.
