What a complete and utter botched operation that was to fly Sala back to Cardiff. What i heard last night was that both the pilot and Sala had their doubts about whether the aircraft was fit to fly .
 
The ultimate decision was with the pilot, if he thought (and in fact stated) that the aircraft was potentially dangerous. "Commercial pressures" excuse just not acceptable.

Hell of a chance to take, which cost him his and Sala's lives, Shocking :x
