Unauthorised payment from my card

Had an email from the club (official) stating that I'd bought a ticket yesterday, I hadn't. Whilst waiting to get through to the ticket office this morning (took 25 mins), I checked my bank account, £7.00 pending to be taken, Swansea city Mgmt (catering or club shop). Unhelpful person in the ticket office merely stated that he'd had another call from someone stating the same email. The guy in the ticket office kept saying that no tickets had been bought and it was an email sent in error, he also said the two things (the email and the deduction from my debit card) were completely unrelated, Wow! what are the odds?? He then merely said, maybe the money won't be deducted. On Saturday I went into the club shop, looked around, but didn't purchase anything. On the concourse I only bought my usual hot drink, £3.00. I'm beginning to wonder if my card was skimmed at the catering, or in the club shop? Anyone on here had any issues since Saturday. Judging the time I waited to get through to the ticket office this morning, it suggested that they were inundated with calls for a Monday morning between 9 and 10am.

Doh!!! Just realised that the £7.00 I thought was unauthorised was actually a scan for the car park, which this season has gone "card payment only"! Also, email received from the club regarding the error in sending the previous one re the ticket sale that wasn't, so they were separate issues. What a dumbo I am!

I had to change my credit card after attending the Birmingham game - two attempts to book money from it that were unusual and picked up on by Barclaycard and blocked. Could be coincidence.
