It hasn't happened for him so far, so I think the consensus that he's not what we need is justified. He's always shown a few glimpses so a proper run in this new look team might help him come along.

What we must not do is get rid of him at the expense of Cullen. Get sentiment out the window and Cullen is first out the door.

Vipotnik has to stay, surely! He's taken a while to warm up because Cullen has taken (some will say 'undeservedly') ~70% of the game time.

The main question is ask is 'consistency'. Can Vipotnik keep this up now? It's a little late in the transfer window now to sit, wait and see.
