The CEO Abi Tierney (Downturn Abi ) is as far out of her depth as Coleman and Gude. We need to cut to three Regions and fund them properly, while splitting the professional and amateur game and stopping hobby clubs running professional rugby. Then get proper coaches and pathways. It’s a 10 year job, and she’s wasted a year or more. She’s crap, as is Collier Keywood as chair. Civil servant (her) and second rate accountant (him). Absolutely not what is needed to turn this shitshow around…if indeed it can be turned around.
