• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

So if Italy or Portugal are in your group, you're in trouble.

Yep… but at least if we’re seeded we avoid them in the semi final and could get a home final to give us a better chance.

If we are going go play longish and direct, we really need to start getting players around Moore to win those second balls. That's how we can win this game. Letting Belgium pick them like that will cost us otherwise in the second half when space opens up as they will fly back at us on the counter.

Either that, or tell Ramsey to stop being a c*ck and give simple passes simple, tell Moore to get in the box so James, Williams and Roberts can get crosses on his noggin, because that's the only avenue we can score goals from.. someone tell Rodon to stop passing to De Bruyne ffs.. and give Mepham some smelling salts and tell him he's not a sweeper like Baresi, Maldini or Beckenbauer

The cynic in me thinks that the powers that be will weight the deck so heavily in favour of those teams purely because they will want the prestige of the European champions and Cristiano Ronaldo at their showcase event. $$$$

Agree with all that. Hope page can see it too!

Their result is completely irrelevant for seeding. If we lose we’re unseeded and away.

I thought if we finish second we’ll be seeded. If we lose and Estonia take a point or more from Czech we’ll finish second. What am I missing?
It's the top six runners up only get a semi final home tie in the play offs (there are 10 groups and therefore there will be 10 runner ups plus two best teams that didn't qualify from nations league), finishing second in the group is useless for Wales unless Wales are one of the top six runners up.

I really need to recalibrate my expectations with Dan James. I find him so frustrating.
He’s fast with a dollop of disappointment.

Can someone explain to me the Kieffer Moore left wing experiment is all about? Someone? Please

Not if you’re Switzerland or Serbia evidently.

Turkey winning now. They still need a few more to pass us though.
