makes this day bittersweet. WBA 2014 is still the prettiest goal I've ever seen as a Swans nut.

LEGEND. Far from the most talented Swansea player, but a legend.

A fantastic professional and role model. He is a club legend.

Yeah, that could be it for his time here and his time as a pro footballer. I hope not for his sake, and he did seem to be moving freely at the end so maybe it's not as bad as it first looked.

Gutted about his injury. Cooper said he's definitely out for Saturday.

If that's him finished, give him a game and a proper send off in pre-season... In fact he's due a testimonial isn't he?

Ah balls, that's probably the end for him then. Although I thought that last season, so who knows.

Cooper almost in tears talking about him

Magnificent. One of our heroes. 10 years. Instrumental in the trophy winning and Laudrup style. Never looked to move on, unlike others lauded higher. Yep, legend.

I'm just gutted for him, simply gutted.

Cooper gave him a massive acknowledgement, even though he probably won't be playing he will be a big part of the day and rightly so for everything he has done for the club.

Fwiw remember it was him battling to get into the box that got the free kick we scored from.

At his age that might be the time he calls it on his career. A nomad when he joined us but then made SA1 his home for over a decade.

Never threw toys out of the pram and even waived a contract extension clause last season so he could contribute.

If this is his retirement I hope he gets the testimonial he deserves and if he has a mind for it that we can help find him a place for coaching.

Absolutely a legend and one of our greatest servants at least in my lifetime.

ACL injury will be out all of 2021, safe to say that will be the last time we’ve seen him play for us

What an absolute legend coming here for 2M and he’s been a steal for that price, seems like a great bloke very down to earth and I’m glad he found a club where he settled in very quickly and made it his home, great player and hopefully we see him part of the club for many years to come, all the best Routs!

Given the accolades he's received from all managers regarding his value off the field (as well as on) he must surely be kept at the club.
IMO, he has far more to offer than Trundle or Leon.
