Ah another ex defender, please fix ours Mr Duff. Welcome to Swansea and wish you every success. Hope the yankers back him.

Good luck pal. Wouldn't have been my choice, but clean slate n all that. As others will say....sort the defence/keeper situation cos we cannot take anymore suicidal crap at the back. Hope you get backed.

Welcome aboard - I am hoping for a similar impact where we went from one underwhelming manager in Sousa to Rodgers who took us to the next level needed to get over the line and into the Premier League.

Objectively speaking ours isn't a bad squad, it was just poorly coached with a slavish adherence to possession stats and suicidal football to achieve said stats. Of course we have lost every fullback we had in the squad (except Naughton who signed a new 1 year deal and Ogbeta who was very obviously disliked by Martin) and face the highly likely prospect of losing our number one striker who has pulled in over 40 goals over the past two seasons.

Our summer shopping list right now has to be at least three fullbacks/wingbacks and at least one striker, probably two assuming we end up selling Piroe. An attacking midfielder with an eye for a pass and good set piece taking would also be hugely beneficial.
