Itchysphincter said:It’s obvious that Welsh independence will mean going to the EU with a begging bowl. Ironic being as the Welsh vote carried us out. The EU won’t accept us on favourable terms as we don’t actually have anything to contribute and Westminster would cut us adrift, so yeah, great idea. Cymru am byth and stuff.

He blocked me on twitter for saying he should be down the local park with a flagon of bow getting his leg over instead of worrying about shit like this.
He’s a bit of an expert on the Rona too apparently.
Sad twat.

Wales would not need to go to the EU with a begging bowl. If we can afford to contribute 5.2bn for HS2 and 2.3bn for Trident out of our taxes, what does that tell you? Those 2 things do not benefit Wales yet we are still contributing to it. That money should be spent here and nowhere else.
As for the welsh vote, it was narrow and pushed over the line by English people living in Wales as has been proven.
A referendum vote is still too far away, maybe 10 years but certainly not in the next 4/5 as Plaid are wanting, too soon.

He is not sad at all Dar. Here is a 16 year old kid doing something positive by starting a project monitoring covid levels in Wales, all using code he wrote himself. Well done that kid I say.

Ahh it’s ok. Let’s keep pumping loads of our tax payers money across the border to fund a massive rail line that won’t even touch our country, While we’re about it why don’t we feed Birmingham and Liverpool with all their water without charging a single drop.
Annibyniaeth
Answers on a postcard please???
I thought not

The penny will drop with some of them once the EU subsidies are gone and the Westminster English Nats try to power grab the devolved nations.
