Well I'm sorry, but the evidence is mounting. And also compelling.

What message do you think it sends out to our defenders today when they concede four calamitous goals and Grimes simply shrugs his shoulders and turns his back? He should have been in their faces after the first one, never mind the ones that followed.

What captain worth their salt puts up with that, and says nothing?

I'll tell you - a captain who knows he'll never be dropped no matter what, and is so powerful he's now even doing the team talks.

He's hardly in the Gary Monk category, where he shipped out an entire management and replaced it with himself.

Crazy main character ego syndrome that was.

As a coach, I agree. He was abysmal.

But as a player he'd have never put up with the shit that Grimes simply waves past every week.

If Neil Taylor had gone walkies like Tymon did today for the first goal, then did what he did for the second goal, I honestly think Monk (as captain) would have had to have been physically restrained from throttling him.

Grimes just looks and tuts "oh well". Like it's someone else's job to sort it out.

The players were shackled with Williams’ self indulgent game plan. There was a Collective ‘oh well’ from the outset.

Grimes did his best, the players did their best but most players would have been perplexed and disheartened with Williams’ selfish egotistical nonsense.

It really is that simple.

Williams Out, ‘prompto’

According to LW, he has had no contact from WBA

According to WBA, they have been in dialogue with LW agent the last few days

Agents are complete shithouses and it wouldn't suprise me if he wants to secure a better deal for LW here or somewhere else.

Remember, the agent only gets paid on a renewal of contract or new one.

His agent probably broke his phone after dropping it from laughing so much and hasn't had chance to call Luke.
