• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Doesn’t make much sense now the OP has been removed, but it was a good reply by Swanjaxs.

I think the OP was just a bot trying to push its online gambling app mush.

It's got the makings of a good thread though, when I was younger I used to do a lot of sea fishing, very relaxing, might take it back up when I have a little more time...

It was sport for me, any sport. Football, cricket ,athletics, squash, table tennis you name it, I played it. 🙄

I collect these.
I’ve got every single one and more including some rare misprints that were taken out of circulation.

My hobbies are:-

1. Stuffing bits of paper with rude remarks on them under the windscreen wipers of drivers who are incapable of fitting their cars inside carpark spaces.

2. Juggling chain saws on a tight rope..........

3. Writing complaint letters to 'Grand Design' type programmes that have those irritating episodes that finish before the building projects are completed.

4. Calling the surprisingly large numbers of thickos on Tipping Point "Fkn stupid cnt" when they mess up something simple.

5. Creating temporary 'cock n ball' shapes on the patio when pressure washing.

6. Following the Swans.

Surprised the old garage doors didn't figure in the list, hope the operating mechanism is still smooth.🤔👍

They're working fine thanks, still providing that 'Beverley Hills' factor to this little part of the Bont.

I was listening to a phone-in on the radio a little while ago and this fella had got into his car and noticed a note under his wipers. He grabbed the note and proceeded to read, ”I have unfortunately driven into the back of your car, a small crowd has started to gather, they think I am leaving you my number, I am not.”

Golf.
Think someone once said that it was a nice walk ruined, to be fair the way I played last week, they have a point😂

I guess "following the Swans" is not really a 'hobby' is it.

Following the Swans is hiraeth!!
