Anyone watched For all mankind on Apple TV?

It's shown throw an alternative view on the space race where the Russians actually landed on the moon first and it;s progressed from there.

I watched the first series with the wife. She wasn't keen, but I enjoyed. Keep meaning to go back to it, think it's up to 5 seasons now? Ronald D Moore knows how to make sci-fi shows.

Fifth season started a few backs. It's lost its way a little, still worth a watch though.

Try giving it another bash, I think you'll enjoy it.

Weapons. Sky Cinema and I dare say elsewhere. The film based on the book Stephen King never wrote. His influence is all over it. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Great Japanese Railyway Journeys with Michael Portillo.
Absolutely superb.
He's a politician, obviously hated throughout the land, his clothes are a sight to behold though, I watched the one when the crazy Japs do a 10 minute sweep clean like robots on a train, and they've got automatic seats that turn around.. plus it's cheap.. UK trains cost ridiculous amounts and the seats smell of BO and chewing gums everywhere

I watched that one a few days ago.
I wouldn’t expect this lot on here to understand a bit of culture mind.

Every other 1st world nations are well eating, wine drinking cultured humans.. then you've got the UK.. beer drinking, nut eating philosophers and online experts (it's taken them all almost a season to see that Cabungle and Burgess can't kick a ball, I think I said in pre-season he can't kick a ball, I won't be surprised if a thread pops up in a year about something i said about 2 years ago, happens all the time)

Penlan’s very own Nostradamus

Struggling for things to watch at the moment, nothings getting me hooked.

Was going to bed at 9.30 last night. 😳

Yeah and me, I’m plodding along with The Sopranos, which isn’t any great shakes, but I started watching H Jack (think that’s what it’s called) which is okay.

3 Body Problem on Netflix for those who like a bit of sci-fi. (Based on the Liu Cixin novels). Watched 3 of the 8 episodes and it’s very good.
