• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

I hope it works out quickly for Joel or he'll spend the longest time in no man's land.

You may be right.
Somewhere along the line he'll be off. Ain't no crime if he does. Everybody has a dream of playing at a higher level. He's only 23 and not a big shot. If it doesn't happen it could be a prelude to an angry young man. Players come, players leave. And so it goes.

Keeping the faith.

I just hope for his sake, that our American owners don't try to play hardball because they think they're tough business people and they can get another £0.5M if they play a waiting game because they think they hold all the cards. This scenario usually results with us still playing hardball in August and ends with us taking less than we should have taken in June.

He's going to be our new manager with his first act he assinates the ownership group and installs a group of Swedish nymphos as the new owners we then win the League and European cups. That's what's next for Joel.
