From what I’ve been told by people who are actually tasked in training the police, is that they are told never to place knee on the chest of anyone, I forgot the scientific term of what it can cause.

The neck has been put into spotlight since the George Floyd case for obvious reasons, but that was completely different to what was seen in Islington. It was over 8 minutes of constant pressure there was no defending it, 100% murder in my opinion.
