Why are we aggressively recruiting from Excelsior?

First Tjoe-A-On, then Couhaib Driouech which fell through, now Widell.

One keen scout or a healthy working relationship with the Dutch club?
Could we do a swap deal - Tjoe-A-On for Widell jr?

I've been banging on about his younger brother Casper for a few months now. Class. He is on the club's radar and was, so I am told, the target of the cancelled January Coleman/Williams visit to Holland.

But apparently down the list now over concerns of playing in the 2nd tier this year in Holland

Based on the highlights we should absolutely try to take him on this summer. Even if it was a buy and loan out deal to get top flight experience in the Dutch league next season (though I think he is good enough for the Championship already)

If he has a sparkling season in the Eridevise next season we would probably have to pay 3-4 times as we would this summer at the very least.
