Think this may have legs

Preference for someone who can display strong experience of 3-5-2
Youth development
PowerPoint presentation

It's like a Cooper wet drean

Please let this have legs.... Please!

The way it is going, can't see us going up even through the play offs and if this is the case then Cooper going to another club would be a chance for us to readdress the situation and to do so with a squad with plenty of players under contract and a young enough one at that.

Bit of a pay off and asses who is available in the summer, one thing is for certain that we won't pay another club for their Manager.
How fickle our fans are.
a few weeks ago we were challenging for top spot.
Have faith - a refreshed Swans with Whittaker and Ayew up front will see us up automatically and Cooper will be everyone's hero again.
COYS !!

He won't change our style will he, he's said it many times... We'll stick to our plan we believe in. That plan is boring hoofball. We won't go up as we ain't good enough it's that simple. Nothing to do with fickle just some fans being totally honest about what they see.

Maybe, but any managerial change would be like for like or worse.
If we don't go up (see previous posts ! :D ) then the change may happen

Yes you make a good point, to be honest with you I'd just like to watch good exciting football above results and promotions although I think if you take care of good football the rest naturally follows. There must be a manager or there that can do that... A la Martinez.

Maybe after they win the Euros, Roberto will come home and take us up ;)

No, the table watchers were happy the football watchers have always been unconvinced.

Graeme Jones could be a shout though.

Yes, a few weeks ago we were challenging for top spot AND worth watching. Now we are neither.

Aye, but even the majority of the football watchers gave him a fair chance and were prepared to put up with the football when we were winning.

Then there were the thankfully very small number who never gave Cooper a chance and slated him practically from day 1. Just because those people may finally have a point after 2 years of whinging doesn't mean they were right all along.

Agreed. Up to and including the Norwich game, the football was pragmatic and hardly thrilling, but decent enough most of the time. We had games like the Norwich game and Forest in the Cup which showed what we were capable of and of course the odd stinker too.

Since then, results have tailed off while performances have been mostly awful. Cue the revisionists who will claim the football under Cooper has always been this bad, despite that clearly not being the case.

I struggle to be more than ambivalent towards him. If he's here next season, fine. If he's appointed by someone else, that's fine too.

That’s where I am too. If he is still there, hope he improves, if he leaves, don’t let the door hit you on the way out.

Cooper and Alan Knill would make a dream team at Bramall Lane. Bring it on. We need a new manager bounce right now.
