I think we've been due a tactical rethink for the last couple of months and whether Laird stays or goes, that will still be case until we've actually had one IMO.
 
It may well do but I have a feeling that Martin will stick Rigidly to his system which will mean a straight replacement for Laird. time will tell and we will know after this transfer window,
