Will MK Dons go for Cooper?

Nice steady club for Cooper, less stressful than managing the Swans and something to build on, safe pair of hands for MK and likely to be in with a shout of promotion within a season or two. Plus, whatever deal was done in the boardroom to allow Cooper to walk away would have financial impacts - probably a proportion of his wages until his contract was due to expire, so a move to MK Dons and a restructuring of those terms could help us with the Martin compo?

I might be wrong but I thought MK Dons had some quite good links with the England set up at St George's Park? Deli Alli and a few others came through that way I thought. Good reputation with young players there. I think James Loveridge was offered something there a while back but he'd rather play golf and park football.

You never know in football it’s possible he could go there he’s on peanuts and he hasn’t got nothing lined up, he thinks he’s a Premier League manager so would be a surprise.

Can't see him as a PL manager. Could be suited to international football? I've said before I would be happy to see him in the Wales setup.

FWIW I wouldn't bet against him getting the Wales job in the end. His style of football is much more tolerable and effective short bursts so he'd probably do quite well.
