No idea, the first time it happened back in February a few weeks before the lockdown, I had a technician take it away and he brought it back 2 days later, saying it was a failed Windows update. Easiest money he's probably ever earned. He didn't mention anything about hardware being faulty. He's gone completely dark since the lockdown, so I had to learn how to reinstall it myself. Luckily I have the required Windows files on a thumb drive, and Windows on a separate drive from everything else.
There are documented issues of millions of people having issues with Windows, just annoying it seems to be happening to me every few months now.
