Do you all use the same first word every day, or do you mix it up?

Just to make it more difficult, the same letter may be used more than once (cough).

I start with 2 words: PATIO (cos it has 3 vowels) and NERDS or RENDS. Because it has most of the most frequently used letters.

Which are in the top 13: e, a, r, i, o, t, n, s, l, c, u, d, and p.

Erm, maybe I'm over-thinking this just a bit.
