• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

The emotional trauma of penalties would also take its toll.

We might only lose 2-0 🫢

I quite like Wrexham. Poor town in the shadow of Liverpool. There’s a lot worse that I would begrudge a spell in the sunshine before Wrexham
I'm with you - can't hate them at all, although their attitude towards us is quite strange and very arrogant considering they've been in the doldrums for 20 years.

They've been great pretty much since they played us. We could have won that 5-0 at least on another day

You could literally chalk off 80% of Garry Lineker's goals if VAR was around back in the 90's. Get rid i say.
I admit I got it totally wrong. I thought that technology would be a good thing and even things up for the smaller sides over the course of a season, but it’s been a total disaster for the match going fan!

Sadly that genie can’t go back in the box!

Give a right go to be fair. Could have gone either way. Anyhow, never mind.

was the guy sent off any good and is he out for our game?
I enjoyed the wrexham series and was glad they got back in the football league but the money has gone to the heads of a lot of them and they have become bill big bolox so feckem

He runs around a lot and they’re already missing a couple of midfielders so the more they have out for next Friday the better.

In theory it was a great idea if implemented correctly. The mistake you and I made was thinking that the football authorities in this country could come up with a system that works correctly.
