He's trying to introduce a style of play which is fairly unique in the Championship, possession football combined with pace and incisive attacking. I saw it working perfectly back in February away at WBA when we destroyed them 2-0, but to be fair they were a fairly poor side that night, and it's a lot easier when you are the away team. The home side feel obliged to attack you and they inevitably leave space at the back to exploit. Yesterday, Blackburn did nothing of the sort. And we were the fairly poor side!

Im sure he’s a lovely man with good intentions but he’s reminding me of the saddest moments of David Brent, where you momentarily sense his vulnerability due to his massive inadequacies as a human being, and fleetingly you feel sorry for him, then the management speak comes out and you think f*ck him.
