• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Kyogo 4.5
Reo Hatate 1.5
Daizen Maeda 1.6
Chuck in Matt O'Riley 1.5 who we could have signed if we'd stumped up the money.
Kyogo is currently valued at 23 million and O'Riley is being monitored by AC Milan with view to a bid this January.
How much we pay for Yates and Tymon again?...

And how much can we sell them for? £108 for the both I reckon.

Lowe still off it, how many touches does he need to strike a ball? When you compare to Cullen who strikes it first time, Lowe had 2/3 opportunities he messed up with his piss poor touch.

The fact is Lowe is a wide player and can't do it centrally where its all congested, he needs the ball with plenty of space where his first touch and control isn't so important and he has some wiggle room. Just nonsense to have him in the middle and Cullen up front.

Saw good things from Cullen today when he drifted infield and played through the middle more

Is Cullen our no.1 striker?

I'd certainly put him ahead of Yates, Lowe and Bolasie right now - Kuharevich has not had enough of a chance yet to allow judgement.

Scored 9 last season when largely played out of position. He's largely been played out of position this year as well. I think he's best in and around the box in a central, goal-poacher role. I thought his goal today was exactly what he's good at - being there to pick up a ball into the box like that with an instinctive finish.

Some may say if Liam Cullen is our best striker, we're f*cked. but nonetheless I think it's true as things stand.
