    All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

    Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

    It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

    The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

    Thank you though for all the memories

Good job we didn’t offer Manning an expensive new contract when we were able to save money by signing three left backs instead.
 
I'm sitting here laughing, we're a circus, Krusty the clown should make an appearance at 11pm, Pedersen 18k a week, Grimes 30k a week, Fulton 20k a week.. the details mun, the data mun, the work mun, the hard yards.. these tw*ts are living in some universe of madness.. we're slowly creeping to league one and FFP will cripple us with sanctions if this madness continues
 
He's not actually played too badly when he's played but he has barely played. To sign him on wages of anything like the rumoured 18k a week is absolutely demented. We could easily have promoted a youngster to use as cover for the amount of game time he's contributed. Absolutely unforgivable way to the run the club.

Id rather scrimp, save and go down and start fresh with the youngsters in league one.. because this 5 year project is becoming farcical.. if we go down, finally we'll get rid of the junk who are crippling us.. Fulton, Grimes, Paterson, Wood, Walsh, Fisher, get rid of the deadwood Pedersen, Ukrainian lad.. Cabango can go an all.. because we're hemorrhaging money and going nowhere.. at least we'll start fresh in a lower league, a bit of optimism again

Some people said exactly that when we were in the Premier league about dropping into the championship. Where has that got us? And more importantly , where will it end ?

Yea but relegation doesn't need to happen. We could comfortably rebuild in this division with a few moderately sensible decisions.

I'm not saying Marsh / Watson have an easy job but 99% of Swans fans wouldn't have spent over 2million on Kuharevych or paid Pedersen stupid money per week. And we were correct.

Instead of that money, there are numerous hungry youngsters out there available for fraction of the outlay on these rags.

Did well in Scotland between the injuries, which is more than our new signings have accomplished yet.

Not just youngsters either. Blackburn loaned out their captain Travis. He’s a decent CM with bags of experience. So there are players to be found if you know what you’re doing. Our recruitment looks a shambles though - Key and Rushworth aside.
