• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Impressive figures and a good age, obviously has a fantastic relationship with Williams too.
Wouldn't surprise me at all and this is the profile of player we should be looking at, reasonable fee with solid resale potential would also make the hedge funders happy.

Can’t see it happening, Martin didn’t bring anyone in from MK Dons until 6 months later, maybe due to a clause in his contract, I feel Williams would have had a similar clause.

I would hope not. From watching many NC games last season. He ain't championship material certainly not in the same league as Ginelly.

I read he's had multiple years out with ACL injuries, so on that alone I'd pass.

From a BBC article I read:

"He went more than five years between starting league matches, from the day he was first hurt playing for Coventry City in League Two, to featuring for Notts County in the National League after being sent out on loan by Oxford United."

Liam Walsh got nothing on this guy.

Christ those clowns in their ivory towers will be on their way down now to snap him up with those stats

I heard that the Williams deal inserted a clause that we can't sign any Notts County player this season

Won the league 2 player of the year award recently for having 24 assists and 8 goals last season.

He looked brilliant last night for Notts County, every cross was a goal scoring opportunity, would be a great cheap squad player, can see how he got so many assists his crossing ability is something else.
