To be fair Derby was a free swing at bat for any manager.
They were a basket case among basket cases and the only real credit he emerged with from that shit show was that he stuck with them and paid some of the player wages out of his own pocket to keep them going.

Rooney is a talented manager.... talented that is at turning well performing sides into relegation fodder.
Surely no club will ever give him a second glance any more, that's four clubs in a row that he has turned into serial losers.
