• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Hat trick from left wing.

He would probably have got 6 goals from central midfield.

Well done to the lad.

It’s sounds like he’s given a bit of freedom there to play his game - he seems to be drifting in and out of the centre according to the O’s forum.

We made him look bad. We make most of our players look bad with our turgid play. Grimes will probably do well at Coventry.

Probably playing more on the left of a midfield rather than a winger to be fair but he certainly isn't playing centre midfield.

It's obviously far too early to conclude that letting AA go was definitely a mistake, but it's a handy reminder that we probably shouldn't be judging the performances of the vast majority of the players who have come under the skilful instruction of Luke Williams.

Observations concerning his second goal:
1. Our tit of a manager would never allow him to roam that far up the pitch.
2. The Exeter marking is worse than ours.

Nice assist there. I don’t think he even looked. We’d have stopped in that position and played it back to Franco, who’d have played it 5 yards sideways to Grimes or back to Cabango.

Bad defending but isn't it incredible what can happen when midfielders get in the box and shoot. He probably feels like a huge weight has been lifted from when he played for us.

Allowed to shoot from distance like their third goal too

Watching then is like a breath of fresh air. Leyton f*cking Orient look so exciting compared to us.

Looked in the centre for a couple of his goals.
