• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

HaHaHa lol

So.......

2 and a half weeks later, nothing and once again, the Admin service delivery manage has "gone in to hiding" and not responding to my wife's emails and messages.

A new person who also got involved, is now also not responding to messages and she shares an office with the admin manager.

The guys I work with go nuts if there expenses of 20 quid aren't paid in a month. This is a few hundred quid and will be a year in a couple of months time.

I'm far more militant and would have refused to work until it was paid.

This service manager is on in excess of 60K and can't sort fukall - The Health Minister should come out of the Gravy Train and give her a good metaphorical spanking
Really sorry to hear it’s not been resolved. The manager has had her chance,
I’d say it’s now time to make it official and get the union to earn their subscription.

Well, bit of a very silly thread to post on the World Wide Web, of all places.
Far too many cringe giveaways, in so many ways.
Dear me, grow up, OP

You'd wonder how they can live with themselves.

Gloves off time as recommended by ECB and MajorR

Why would you post that?
Well, because I think it's a bit twp to post such private stuff on the not so private World Wide Web.
Such very private stuff that suddenly isn't so very private in such a private, personal issue. WTF

Honestly, get a life.....

Ask whoever your local MS is to write to the relevant health minister. Usually works.
I think this is a great idea - I mentioned it to my wife who is a little worried about the repercussions. The Health minister on this would be so mad but it would be concluded

Maybe at a point where you either write the money off or take the leap and escalate this further and worry about repercussions later.

Says the man posting on the same world wide web under a pseudonym to escape ridicule as he fishes. I say man because a female would simply not bother. I thank every member of this board for their time and advice. It has become a bit of a soap opera but it is our soap opera and if you don't like it then simply mind your own business and go and stick a dildo up your arse.

Ignore him.

He's not mentally stable.

Service delivery Manager not responding to any email from my wife.
Deputy matron said she was going to try and take over as the signatory.

In fairness, The staff for the Assembly Minister have been helpful and but can't do anything more until my wife agrees. She is, most understandably, concerned that the SDM will take it personally as she is only just old enough to tie her own laces so is frustrated not to let the axe fall.

Lallola mind your own business, this doesn't concern you

I was thinking yesterday if it had finally been resolved.

It beggars belief that it's still on going.

Any process that can't have an override functionality is a failure and not thought through for this type of eventuality.

You'd think that an I.T. person could have admin rights to change signatory names.

Sorry to hear it’s not been sorted.

If I were your wife, I’d let rip now especially as the SDM isn’t engaging. If your wife wanted to be super nice, she could email the SDM, tell her that she’s had a pants full and that she’s making a complaint which is likely to end up on the Chief Executive Abigail Harris’s desk. If that doesn’t resolve it, then let rip.

Yes, but that would require the service delivery manager to accept this and all she has said is that she was looking in to it. The major problem is that the SDM is not motivated to get the changes. I have started to take a different approach for my wife and this is more of coming in from the top.
It is shameful that the SDM isn't even responding to my wife.
I contacted SBHB myself this afternoon to see if there was another way to get around the manager's non compliance.
