Time to sack him Andy.

You are making a huge rod for your back if you just carry on sitting on your hands.

Goundhog day for sure.

Anyone care to share why Williams had to leave last time he was here ? Groundhog day........

The spotlight is ALL on Williams right now, yet again........

The spotlight is clearly split between Williams and Coleman without doubt.

Some of the stories that are coming on here are not showing Williams in a good light but are just highlighting Colemans leadership qualities as being worse than we thought.
I would hope that some of the rumours that are appearing on here are just people trying to make Williams look worse without realising it's making Coleman look even worse.....because some of the stuff that's being posted is absolutely mind boggling.

darkly fascinating times we're in now. 99% (maybe 100%?) of clubs would have binned a manager with such an abysmal record by this point, so whatever happens from here is like watching a weird experiment unfold, or a low budget horror movie.

Sack him and then what? First, we can't attract good managers anymore. Second, even a good manager will struggle to achieve anything of note with the DROSS in this squad.

Dark times ahead.

It's clear to see that Williams is out of his depth, keeping him isn't an option at this point.

I don't buy in to this notion that any manager would struggle to achieve anything with this squad. Whilst I don't believe they are anywhere near good enough for the play offs, they are certainly better than what is being served up on a regular basis this season.

A team in the championship is still an appealing option to any up and coming manager wanting to prove themselves.

Don't listen to Roger Smurph, he probably thought we were on the verge of implosion after getting promoted to the Premier League.

Or on a wind up...

This dross without Grimes is the same dross that had us 2 points off the top 6. Everton fans were probably saying the same. They got shot of Dyche and although they don't look great they are becoming very hard to beat. That's what a new manager IMO would look at and put right for us. Make us hard to beat and build from there.
