Coleman needs to grow a pair and show he cares about the club

This dross without Grimes is the same dross that had us 2 points off the top 6. Everton fans were probably saying the same. They got shot of Dyche and although they don't look great they are becoming very hard to beat. That's what a new manager IMO would look at and put right for us. Make us hard to beat and build from there.
We don't want to be "hard to beat" though. Our fans and owners expect ThE SwANsEa Way.

Look at my post history - I've said time and time again, we should scrap the faux Barcelona label and get someone in who can coach a counter attacking side, with defending being worked on first and foremost.

But we won't. We will sack the current manager only to replace him with another Russell Martin type who thinks they're Pep G.

Everton are good again because Moyes is exactly that - an old fashioned, back-to-front, defence first manager. We won't go for a Moyes type.

Our ego. The Swansea way is dead a long time ago unless high possession pointless passing counts.

Ah yes they have really changed style from Dyche.

He is a proper Pep lite.

We had one of those he got us to the play offs twice....even to the final but no one liked his football either.

The issue is there seem to be a lot of identification wannabe Peps and the myth of the Swansea Way has prompted our manager choices.

Rhe question is will fans be patient with a new manager coming in and changing things without perhaps instant results?

Boro might part ways with Michael Carrick, he’d be a great option for us.
