Yep, he should have just concentrated on the pub and restaurant for a little while and then expanded instead of going hammer and tongs at it to get it all completed and ready for the Bank Holiday the opening day and few days after were a disaster the two Managers left other staff left, probably out of frustration plus his attitude no doubt he wouldn't listen to the people who knew how to get the business up and running, I was surprised that the Chef didn't walkout as well.The opening day for pub debacle was down to him trying to be too ambitious in getting it opened for the bank holiday. Great viewing mind.
When you have £50m+ in the bank, he can afford to throw money at it. Plus that net worth goes up with every season, so it’s a win win for him really. I work with a dairy farm owner, he explains to me all the time about the costs of trying to turn a profit. Different type of farm to Clarkson obviously.
