I lost 4 stone once on the egg diet, you could have knocked me over with a feather
Missis just asked me "egg for breakfast?" i told her to cluck off.

2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 fried eggs, sliced potato's, mushrooms, black pudding, half a or less of tin tomato's or two halfs of fried tomato, baked beans and either a slice of toast or a slice of fresh farmhouse white bread and washed down with a mug of tea and another tea soon after.

Not had a fry up for over 6 months though not happening anytime soon either.
I run out of fingers and thumbs there, Max.

You asked me for my ideal full breakie there it is, not sure I've ever had one like that I very much doubt, my diet these days consists porridge for breakie around 7am meat or salmon or tuna with some salad for lunch {mon to fri} between 12 and 2 and a healthy tea around 6ish or later.
I do spoil myself on a saturday with cheese on toast mid morning and the obligatory curry saturday night.

I'd swap one of my fried eggs for a black pudding i suppose, at a stretch mind 🤔
I had it covered with 2 BP and 2 egg. Had to sacrifice a sausage for this, so if I was gong 1 out/1 in then I’d be ditching the mushrooms. But then it feels unhealthy 😂
