• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I’ll take that point and move on. Very lucky draw but we had luck on our side today despite a crap ref. I feel that Sheehan was looking ahead to the upcoming games that come one after the other.

Funnily enough, I always thought he played really really well for us in the prem
I used to love Fulton. He was great in the Cooper days. Took me far too long to accept the Fulton of old was gone and won’t be coming back.

We've got some really decent players here, but we've got a shite team.
Do we know that for sure? Most individual players looked dreadful today, and have hardly set the world alight or even shown promise, with a few exceptions, and then only in patches.

I think our points tally is fair overall, and we are in the right league position. If we can’t get more out of these players - and I’m not sure that’s a given, whatever happens, that’s where I see us finishing.

One thing though, this game plan has to go. We won’t be as lucky again.

Vipotnik had a good run, but it does feel like time to throw Idah in from the start next week. He has not been bad or good yet in such limited minutes but we need to see now he has been at the club for 6 weeks.

This says it all, especially the attacking momentum chart.

Play that game 10 times, Southampton win 9 of them. Today was our lucky day. Thankfully.

He looked pretty shit today from what I saw.. touch like a trampoline and I don't care if you only play 5 seconds, that's the bare minimum expected for a professional footballer

Well that was awful, positives are the undeserved point and the fact that I had a ticket but didn’t go because I’ve been ill this week.

Don’t think we’re in much danger of going down but we’re certainly looking less and less like a team that can put a playoff push together.
