He was free, his contract with Bordeaux was terminatedHow much did we pay for him in the first place?
£3m is obviously way too low though. Bidding starts at £10m.

It won't be serious danger if those claiming he's worth £10m are correct. If we can get that kind of money for him we'd quite frankly be insane not to take itIf this isn't just media flanel, this could be a serious danger for us. I think pound signs in the eyes of the owners will blind them to the fact that he is an essential element in avoiding relegation. Relying on getting someone else in in January to replace him, or putting our faith in Idah, is a recipe for disaster.

Replacing Vipotnik with Idah would presumably make replacing Bony with Gomis look like a genius move.
Whoever did the scouting on Adam Idah certainly didn’t use AiCan’t take less than 10m for him. 15 would be amazing. But is Adam Idah going to step up if he goes? He really needs to put some work on in on the training ground, he is still well off the pace.
How much would we loose in revenue if we’re relegated though? It won't be serious danger if those claiming he's worth £10m are correct. If we can get that kind of money for him we'd quite frankly be insane not to take it
Yep, last seasons VP I would have not been bothered if he went on a freeHow time changes things. There were many times during the course of last season when the idea that any club would pay money for Vipotnik was fantasy island stuff.
He’s shown this season that he’s a lot more capable.Yep, last seasons VP I would have not been bothered if he went on a free
