• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Is it me or is Yalcouye starting to look stronger and more at home at this level. Each time he has come on recently he has impressed me.
I would like to see more of him in the next 2 games.
The red card and subsequent time out of the side has given him plenty of time to learn and reflect. He wouldn't be the first player where that kind of red card was the wake up call that they needed and was actually the making of them.

Reminds me of that young striker we had a couple of years back, got himself sent off after like 5 mins into his first start for the club. We managed to grind out the win (I think it was under Potter, Blackburn maybe?) but after returning from his suspension his maturity was much better.

Think it was Courtney Baker Richardson, currently at Newport was maybe against Millwall?

As memory serves he then scored the opening goal on his first game back from suspension (he grabbed 3 goals and 1 assist in 17 appearances that season)

We have 13 outfield players who haven't scored a goal this season and 3 on just one goal.

Hopefully a new year and a new change of direction for our attacking play.

Happy new year all... even the blindsided ones 😅😅😅

I'd take a point tomorrow. I know their record isn't great away from home but this time of year players are absolutely shattered and performances significantly drop as a result.

You’re implying that only our players are knackered
No but we have a lot of players are just aren't used to this volume of games at this intentisity. A few of players came off against Oxford with cramp ect. Vipotnik couldn't move in the last 5 min against Oxford I don't see how he can even play 60 tomorrow.

Why are you not mentioning the fact that WBA also played on the 26th and 29th and are likely to have the same level of fatigue? It’s an odd take.
