Working his magic for Boro.
What a job Alex Neil has done at Millwall. The Squarehead’s team just threw that away. Should have got clear first half then just lost all momentum. They will be crapping glass on Monday. We need to get right into them when they try their Martinball at the back. They look pretty good coming forward mind. If we’re not on it at the back and miss our chances, it’ll just be another Coventry.
I don’t rate him very highly. I think he’s a one season pony and if they don’t crawl up they’ll crash next year. And I hate that big arsed giraffe they have at centre back. BUT,they know how to win and they have real grit, dour and strong willed, like the manager. The lack of quality this year means that might well be enough. What a job Alex Neil has done at Millwall.
Wouldn't want him as manager of us , and he's had quite a few bang average managerial stints at clubs. Just think to get them into the top 2 (at the moment) with some of the other clubs up there is a tremendous effort.I don’t rate him very highly. I've watched Boro a few times just out of interest and I don't see anything special about them, in fact they're a relatively boring team to watch.
What would be boring is, if we all thought the same.Watched the game when they lost to Coventry also the first half against Millwall .
They like to keep the ball , their movement is very good .
They do take risks at the back .
They lack a centre forward who scores from the chances they make .
They do use the full.width of the pitch Tommy Conway gives defenders problems with his movement.
I didn't find them boring .

They certainly play to their strengths. I've been waiting for them to drop off the pace and they're still there.Absolutely ,
Millwall are a tough team to beat .
They’ve won 2, drawn 1, and lost 1. And won the three previous to those. Are you looking at last year or something? Not at the moment if you look at their last 4 matches. Played 4, won 0, drawn 2, lost 2 and only scored twice. It looks like we're playing them at exactly the right time.
Millwall or Boro? Crossed wires maybe? They’ve won 2, drawn 1, and lost 1. And won the three previous to those. Are you looking at last year or something?
