Leave him out for the rest of the season and have him play Tetris on full speed for hours a day to improve his decision making skills, which are staggeringly woeful.
Wouldn’t want to be a passenger in a car with Ron at the wheel!

Ronald 4 goals 3 assists.
Must be Ronald's turn to be a scapegoat .
Follows Burgess , Cabango , key & Eom .
Yes he is frustrating to watch at times
In my opinion doesn't deserve to be ridicule every week .
Obviously the manager doesn't share your sentiment .
I wonder who will be next.?

Ronald seems incapable of forming a combination with whoever is playing at right back. You don't necessarily need to beat your full back for pace but give and go with good understanding will get you where you want to be. Key was doing exactly that last night to great effect.
I'm probably in the minority about Burgess but I'd get rid of Cabango before him.

If we want to be the new Preston or Bristol City and stagger around 15th then Burgess and Cabango will do... a top 6 push needs both upgrading

Ronald struggles to cross a ball, he can't header, his pace has dropped off, he can't beat a man and struggles to get shots on target.

However, being a duracell bunny and a feigning injury actor he gets the Matos selection Bafta

I think we need to upgrade both wingers, but in fairness to Ronald he tracks defensively and his stats look quite impressive when you compare them to Eom effort this season.

Ronald has been OK for us since he arrived and that's the problem.

How far is OK going to take us?

We need to upgrade players that have just been OK. In this category I would include Burgess, Cabango, Cullen, Key (though I don't think he's been OK more like poor this season), EOM (though I think his celing is much higher than OK).

Jury is out on Inoussa and for me the Jury has returned it's verdict on Idah (I would sell for any sensible offer that makes his tenure FFP neutral).

Question is can we replace them with better quality (too much turnover not always a good thing)

Hard to know where this one went wrong. When he started we all warmed to him. He had pace took a man on and looked like a good buy.
Complacency? Started well but was an automatic choice for so long it went to his head and now he can’t rediscover his early form. He’s got to treat our shirt with far more respect. Work rate is all well and good but if there’s poor or non existent end product it isnt good enough. Matos senses this and is trying everything to get him back playing like we know he can but I think the signs are that even he can’t justify his selection now.

Agree about Cabango

It’s difficult to come to full verdicts on Ronald and Eom for me. I like both and they are capable of looking fantastic at times but we just don’t see it on a consistent enough basis. They are 24 and 23 respectively which isn’t young for a footballer but there is room left for development in them. If we let them go, would they just reach their full potentials elsewhere?

I know it’s completely different contexts as we’re talking about players that have played consistently for us in Eom and Ronald, but I look at players like Morgan Whittaker and Kyle Joseph and wonder what might have happened had we kept them. Both have outscored us in wide areas this season.

I would hate it if we let both go and they developed into consistent performers elsewhere.

I'd lay odds that this wouldn't apply to Eom and Ronald. They've had plenty of game time here, unlike others who we've let go without much play. Overall, they haven't performed consistently. Ronald poorly more often tbh.
