I think we need a CB who is even remotely comfortable on the ball.

I'd quite happily see us move Burgess on.

Given his size and turning circle, unless he's on castors he'll be difficult to move anywhere.

Ronald seems incapable of forming a combination with whoever is playing at right back. You don't necessarily need to beat your full back for pace but give and go with good understanding will get you where you want to be. Key was doing exactly that last night to great effect.
I'm probably in the minority about Burgess but I'd get rid of Cabango before him.

If we want to be the new Preston or Bristol City and stagger around 15th then Burgess and Cabango will do... a top 6 push needs both upgrading
