• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

That’s them without Van de Venn for a few games. Don’t want Spurs to come down because it’s a guaranteed promotion for them but it is a genuine possibility now and it would be fascinating to see a “big six” club go through relegation.
It depends, the salaries of the players at a club like Spurs would be astronomical.

If they went down the amount of players they would have to sell off, the players who would have relegation release clauses and the players that other Prem clubs would cherry pick would devastate their squad.

I think it's just a one game ban for a straight red denying a goalscoring opportunity.

No doubts though if they did get relegated they would be the biggest club in the Championship since Newcastle got relegated and subsequently sleep walked back into the Prem the next season at a canter

Depends if he has had other red cards this season
I'm sure I remember he has had at least one other

But it would be great having an away day to the Tottenham Hotspur’s Stadium for our fans. Although we never seem to beat Spurs. I remember watching us beat them in 1991 with Jimmy Gilligan Scoring the winner in front of 11,000 fans at the Vetch.

3-1 palace now.
Spurs have had a red card and conceded 3 goals in the space of 10 minutes

This could get real ugly real fast in the second half

It’s a hell of a stadium to visit mind. Surrounded by a shithole,
3-1 Palace 🤣
Hell of a stadium but there’s plenty who cannot get out of there quick enough tonight. Fans seen pouring out of the exits.

Adam Wharton rolled his sleeves up and was completely unplayable when Sarr's nose was offside and 1-0 down.. now that's attitude personified

Another Red Card for Spurs .
Must have had least 4 Reds this season.
No discipline no leadership .
Last years Cup win masked their problems.
They need a complete re set .

Would Spurs getting relegated be up there with Leicester winning the league?
