    This was flagged up by Labour over a year ago and, in that time, the number of pupils in private education has risen. There will be a marginal effect but, to the vast majority whosend their kids to be privately educated, it's a drop in the ocean.

    I’m amazed at the number of people who moan because they can’t get a GP appointment and have to wait months or even years in pain before they can get their hip or knee operation, but don’t want to pay the tax that will improve those outcomes.
