I mean I have been saying this every game since our good run under Sheehan πŸ˜…πŸ˜… but me thinks this might be a draw or loss. 2-1. Or 1-1.

    Alan Sheehan-Manager for Next Season

Just saying... Not that he has pedigree or has shown anything, but an unproven striker we will proberly sell. Could he do this maybe?

    Alan Sheehan-Manager for Next Season

Agree it might not always be pretty for 90 minutes. But I'll take this style over Martin and Williams style. To be fair from hearing Sheehan comments post matches, especially today, he does want more style and wanted to see less of us taking our time with throw in etc. Be interesting to see if...

Did you watch any Williams match this season πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…. Fair points though. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

No I do under stand that it wasn't just passing. I was pointing out what many want to see and what we have seen under Williams and Martin etc. πŸ‘πŸ‘

That's lst part is spot on: '' Put a curly moustache on the fella, grow his hair and call him Alain Shezhan from Marseille and people would be all over it.'' The Sean Dyche of the world are not favoured over those with a accent and who could feature in a milk tray advert πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Question is, what is our playing model? You make good points with them and alignment with their vision. But maybe the board needs to start reading fans comments online. Alot are calling for the end of so called Swansea Way. Pass, Pass, Pass = 0 Results

    Alan Sheehan-Manager for Next Season

I'm still asking the question if this is short lived positivity, can it last a whole season? Known of us know, but it would be some statement if they didn't go for Sheehan and almost straight away the new manager would be under pressure. Does the club think we can go up a level with the Swede...

I also wouldn't say there are tensions. I would say he is in more better position now more than ever to dictate the direction and transfers. I think he was getting at he wants full support and not going through the motions.

    Alan Sheehan-Manager for Next Season

True, but other than Corberan it's been sacking after sacking. You have to go back to 2000 to 2004 as there longest spell with a manager.

    Piroe - promotion clause

That's my thinking. But Darling has had his offers from us. If he wasn't gonna take it now, then he won't. Unless he wants confirmation on Sheehan, which I still don't think is the case. Rumours of Birmingham City links for a while. I stand by that, he will sign for them this summer. LOB how...

Sheehan has opening said he would see this through and would not leave the players like that. Money talks and I get where you are coming from, but Sheehan would be nuts to take a job there. They average about 2 sacking a year for last 10 years plus. Basket Case Club.

I'll one up you on that one. Peart Harris as striker. Wasn't Cooper also up front as well, at some point?

    Alan Sheehan-Manager for Next Season

That's my thinking. A few reports saying this week might be an announcement. If he has got it announce it on the last game also Modric making an appearance wouldn't be to shabby to finish season off πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

Get the man his own article to analyse each game or on the coaching staff πŸ˜…πŸ˜…. Joking aside, fab post. Honest, really insightful and different take one what many of us had looked at our play. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

Same here. Wycombe game was the turning point for me. Then when he started to go whacky with his comments he started to show how crazy his approach was. The final straw was not just the West Brom links but having Grimes do team talks. Jesus, just think about that for a second.

Maybe Williams can take the Cardiff role. He does live in Newport πŸ˜…πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

    West Brom sack Mowbray

Who would touch this club if you was a manager? Not saying we have been perfect but sacking 2 managers this season. And then looking at their history from 2022 and before that they sack on average 2 managers a season.

Use money from Leeds promotional money from Piroe, for Darling and O Brian. But I don't think either will stay. For me, if anything positive comes from this it's shown the type of player we need. Even if we get someone else in.
