    As I’ve said before, if it’s managed correctly. Otherwise not so much. Anyway, nice kit. As all white as it’s possible to be which is ideal.

    The company is Gulf Oil, Reviva is a brand of theirs. They are obviously aiming to increase profile of the brand through sponsorship of us, the WRU and Williams Racing. We are involved because the CEO happens to be a Swans fan.

    People may be talking but there’s nothing for them to buy as the shirt is not available. There is confusion here between people talking about us and it actually making a difference to our revenue. As yet we have no idea whether it will or not.

    Well firstly they won’t know any of that. And secondly, they’re obviously doing a trawl through archive kits as we’ve had the Gulf Oil one, the old badge, the even older badge on this year’s travel stuff, the nod to the old first division kit and now this Evening Post kit.

I made reference to the fact it has / had checks on it as it could play into a Croatia-esque away shirt to link with Modric (given the club is all over its sleb linkups at present).     Sue Barker was the best presenter of any sporting event on TV in my view. Her work anchoring the two weeks of Wimbledon every year was absolutely perfect.

    I can taste the difference between the water in London and the water in Swansea quite clearly. Are you still on the fags? If so, it definitely affects how sensitive you are to taste (speaking as an annoying ex smoker).

    The ones I know don’t have a commercial bone in their body (Trust people that is). Some of the current owners have been involved for two years or so now. Additional ones did come in as you say late last year, but let’s hope those new ones have a clue.

    Agree you can do both. In which case that’s optimal. But I worry that the local market just isn’t treated with the same degree of importance. Just a few recent examples of that. First the stupidly late kit launch. Holidays will start next week and people won’t have had the chance to get shirts...
