    Žan Vipotnik - Swansea’s Number 9

Let's be honest - our transfer 'policy' has been dreadful for years. And that's biting us on the arse now. This is the first window in a long time where it actually feels we've upgraded our squad

    Žan Vipotnik - Swansea’s Number 9

Or maybe just not a striker in a system with two wide wingers and no number 10 to speak of?

    Žan Vipotnik - Swansea’s Number 9

Cullen coming in for some justifiable stick. How dare he not win a ball in the air at 5ft 10 and be unable to hold the ball up surrounded by at least two big defenders. Dreadful. We didn't play to his strengths at all... with predictable results. I'm not saying he's a world beater but he's got...

    Sheehan Out? Calm Down!

We beat Derby, got a point at Preston and we were unlucky against Watford. The Derby game set us up for a brilliant run. There's going to be a degree of pragmatism under Sheehan which given where we are as a club, is what we need

    Sheehan Out? Calm Down!

It is a reasonable and sensible view. The same people slagging off the old owners (rightly so) expect all the incompetence to be undone in one transfer window. Which is wholly unrealistic. Especially given the turnover of players in our squad.

    Swansea documentary in the works

A new fan who spends money on the Swans in whatever form is valuable. They won't be preventing people in Swansea from watching us live but they may help us see better players when we're there. And the documentary may actually improve our attendances, getting even more local people to the stadium...

Great news. At least the owners are trying new things.

    Jezza

The issue I have with the Yates signing is that I don't understand why we signed him. It was obvious even to a lowly supporter that he was never going to be the sort of player with the attributes we needed.

    Should we be concerned?

I don't understand this though. What sort of player do you think we should replace Cooper with? How much should we be paying in transfer fees, wages etc?

    Should we be concerned?

If people think we can undo years of crap windows in one window, they're living in dreamland. Especially when you add in the turnover of players since the end of last season (not to mention Grimes in January)

    Euro 2025 - Women

It's a shame the Welsh media interest (from what I've seen anyway) has been so low.

    New 'Official' Swansea Bar Opening

I would definitely pay to have an 'Away Package' where I could watch all the away games live via an app. Especially if you could also watch them in full after kick off meaning that if you missed the start/first half/entire game, you could try and avoid the score and watch it a bit later on. If...

    New 'Official' Swansea Bar Opening

You'd think it would be quite busy for any Swans away games on Sky. And Wales matches. Makes sense to me. Hopefully they'll offer good food too so they can make money throughout the week. Hopefully there'll be discounts for STH etc

    Age of squad

McLaughlan and Christie leaving too no doubt. Who knows what involvement Ginnelly (28) will have. It means that we'd only have one outfielder over 30 (Fulton) and the next oldest player would be Cullen at 26

    O’Brien

100% this. So many signings recently have cost a lot of money and been pretty poor. We should be operating with a relatively small squad, using young players when needed but making sure that when we do spend money, it is on proven quality. Or at least, when we have the chance to sign proven...

Did LOB tell you last night he was coming back next year?

    O’Brien

By the time next season comes around, he won't have played for Forest for two and a half years. I am not sure he is going to attract a big transfer fee. Most championship clubs won't pay a big fee plus his wages to sign him permanently. His loan moves to the Championship have been...
