    Our attacking intent

My fault for not actually reading the entire article too, to understand the context. But the same point applies that going 1-0 up doesn't always win you games. Against Norwich we had to reply on two Vipi rockets from nothing to win us the game. Outside of that we created f'all.

Tom Gorringe - The Business of Sport

Different people thrive in different environments. It seems the set up and the owners are allowing Gorringe to do that. Imagine if we'd had these owners when the likes of Birch was here...

    Our attacking intent

Saw Galbraith in a BBC article say something along the lines of "we're better than our results & league position suggest" and "we just need to be more clinical in finishing off teams". Thought to myself that creating chances in the first place would be an idea.

    Sheffield Wednesday

Am I missing something - there was supposed to be a fan boycott of their last game against Middlesbrough. There was still 21,000 in the ground. By that logic, half of our fans are boycotting us! :ROFLMAO:

Can't wait for a severely out of form Norwich to turn up and see how we'll make them look like prime 1970 Brazil

    Sheehan On Borrowed Time?

I was looking forward to being excited to go to game again. I also wanted us to be competitive in games. Neither of those are happening at the moment.

In fairness, I think my Mam could do a better job

    Sheehan On Borrowed Time?

I saw a big shift in opinion online last night towards getting him gone.

    Sheehan On Borrowed Time?

Personally, I think another dismal display & a loss against Norwich and he should go. I think, however, the board will give him until the international break at at least - maybe even Christmas. I don't see the point of giving him the January window as I don't think we'll be active at all, bar...

    Sheehan On Borrowed Time?

Yep, anywhere from 16th/17th up to 10th will be where we're likely to finish.

Alan Sheehan on QPR | Reaction

What really worried me was that he thought we went with an attacking line up and played well in the first 5 mins! Changing a few faces in the line up doesn't make it attacking. There was no intent to get it forward quickly. Same lump it to the wingers, down the channels. Midfield was non...

    Sheehan On Borrowed Time?

There's no getting away from the fact that the players are struggling right now. You could see it from the first 5 mins yesterday. Will the board think he can turn it around? My mate, who gives me info when he can - thinks the board believe he can turn it around & will give him time.

Alan Sheehan on QPR | Press Conference

Didn't create enough to warrant it being called football. Nothing will change tonight either. Maybe one or two fresh faces in the line up, but it will be the same set up, same approach, same tactics - as such they are. He's slowly turning into Williams/Russ for me - just doing the same thing...

    Norwich City - Managerial Crisis?

Yeah he has taken the Rangers job, obviously not waiting around for a job to materialise. Wonder why it hasn't worked out with Manning - he did a decent enough job at the Wurzels last season.

Not necessarily the team I want, but the team I think he'll play: Vigs Key Cabango Burgess Tymon Franco Yalcouye Galbraith Ronald Vip Inoussa We need to be at them from the off tonight. Interesting subplot with Richard Kone as well. Be interesting to see how he plays.

    Norwich City - Managerial Crisis?

No mention of Rusty online as a candidate for them. Mark Robbins is the favourite - along with Gary O Neill & Danny Rhol.

As well as Bellamy has had us playing, I'm not as confident in this game that I have been previously against these. Just don't think we have enough goals in us. And that ridiculous 'friendly' against England can't have helped confidence. Would love to be proved wrong though.

Think he confirmed it was only cramp. Should play again tonight

Bellamy really hasn't put a foot wrong since he's been in post, but in his interview yesterday (i think) he alluded to England squad value compared to ours and said if it was a boxing match, it wouldn't be allowed. First real mis step for me. Admitting we don't have a chance before the game...
